The Space
When you book Seatoun House, you’re booking a real home — comfortable, quiet, and private.
Bookings include exclusive use of the top floor and foyer area, offering a spacious open-plan environment perfect for collaboration, content creation, or focused work sessions.

Cost
Full Day Booking
8:00am – 6:00pm (10 hours)
$2,000 per day
Half Day Booking
5 hours (between 8:00am - 6:00pm)
$1,200
Bookings are exclusive of GST and include exclusive use of the space during your session. The owner will remain present at the house for support but will be situated on another level of the house.
Important Information
Companies booking the space must hold their own public liability and indemnity insurance.
Seatoun House is a private home, so while the space is carefully prepared for bookings, there may be small differences from a traditional commercial venue.
